The Morgan Challenge annual meeting and awards dinner will be taking place on 14 November 2026 at Hogarths Hotel Solihull. Please have a look at the website for the hotel for more information https://www.hogarths.co.uk/solihull/.
We have a number of rooms on hold at the hotel which are available at the rate of £155.00 for double occupancy B&B and £145.00 for single occupancy B&B. You should be able to obtain the discounted rate if you want to stay more than one night. You will need to pay in full at the time of booking, however you can cancel up to 48 hours before arrival for a full refund.
The arrangements for the day will be that the meeting will commence about 2pm in The Williams Suite, with lunch beforehand at the hotel if you want to. Lunch will be ordering from the hotel’s menus, and not part of the organisation for the day.
The dinner will commence at 7pm in The Garden Suite, with pre dinner drinks which are included in the price. Dress code for the dinner will be lounge suits or black tie for the chaps, and frocks for the chappesses. The cost of the dinner is £65.00 per person, which includes wine and beer on the tables.
You don’t have to attend both the meeting and the dinner, you can do one or the other or both.

- If you want to stay at the hotel you need to telephone reception on 01564 779988 to book. You will need to quote the group code of GA09370 and mention the date 14 November 2026 and Morgan Challenge Dinner to obtain the discounted rate.
If you are not sure at the moment whether you are able or indeed want to attend, we should be able to add you in nearer the time, but it would be helpful if you could please let Michele and I know. Do please come long, it is a relaxed and enjoyable celebration of the Challenge season.
