SUMMARY:Drivers Meeting\, Dinner & Awards
DESCRIPTION:BOOKING FORM\nTO: all Drivers\, pit crews\, photographers\, supporters\, officials and other interested parties: \nThe Morgan Challenge annual meeting and awards dinner will be taking place on 14 November 2026 at Hogarths Hotel Solihull. Please have a look at the website for the hotel for more information https://www.hogarths.co.uk/solihull/. \nWe have a number of rooms on hold at the hotel which are available at the rate of £155.00 for double occupancy B&B and £145.00 for single occupancy B&B.  You should be able to obtain the discounted rate if you want to stay more than one night. You will need to pay in full at the time of booking\, however you can cancel up to 48 hours before arrival for a full refund. \nThe arrangements for the day will be that the meeting will commence about 2pm in The Williams Suite\, with lunch beforehand at the hotel if you want to.  Lunch will be ordering from the hotel’s menus\, and not part of the organisation for the day. \nThe dinner will commence at 7pm in The Garden Suite\, with pre dinner drinks which are included in the price.  Dress code for the dinner will be lounge suits or black tie for the chaps\, and frocks for the chappesses.  The cost of the dinner is £65.00 per person\, which includes wine and beer on the tables. \nYou don’t have to attend both the meeting and the dinner\, you can do one or the other or both. \nThis is what you need to do: \n\nPlease complete the booking form and return it to Michele Bailey at michele@showcase.services.\nPay £65.00 per person in your party to the Challenge bank account details as follows:\n\nReference: [Dinner + your name] \nMorgan Challenge Race Series \nNational Westminster Bank \nSort Code: 54-30-51 \nAccount number: 19422970 \n\nIf you want to stay at the hotel you need to telephone reception on 01564 779988 to book.
